It’s a friendly hello and a disarming smile. It’s a firm handshake or a warm hug. Its the reassuring pat on the back that follows proud words of encouragement. It’s treating everyone with compassion, dignity and respect.

Its forgiveness. Its generosity. Its empathy and understanding. Its doing a good deed for someone who can never return the favour. Its authenticity, love and inclusivity.

Kindness isn’t just something you do – it’s a way of being. And not just when you think someone is watching, but especially when no one is.
